- DOT Inspection with Pictures of truck according to DOT compliance
- Truck or equipment rental agreements
- Truck Registration
- ELD logs
- Truck and Driver will be listed on Delivering Local Goods & Services LLC insurance and will pay the difference.
- ELD machine will be installed in each truck and Carrier will pay the difference to Delivering Local Goods & Services LLC
